Accessing SXP Admin Web for Partner

SXP Admin Web is the administrative tool used by the SXP Portals. Access is limited to users with the "WebAdmin" role.

 

 

 

 

Navigation Menu

The left‑hand menu provides access to SXP Partner administrative functions. Menu visibility may vary depending on your assigned roles and permissions.

Available Sections

Dashboard

Returns you to the Home screen from anywhere within the admin application.


Partner Platform Config

Used to configure platform settings, Themes and login types, Password management, MFA Configuration, Single Sign On, Upload Configuration, Document Approvals, Attachments, Labels and Templates, Date Settings, Multi Language, Plugins, Report Settings, Banner Configuration, Thumbnails, Email Setup and Roles.


Partner Platform Sales Config

Provides configuration options specific to Sales App within SXP Partner including Pricing options, Custom messages and Quick Add. 


Base Config

Contains core system configuration settings including Port Configurations, Refresh Options, Add On Menu Options, Document Template Settings and Email Setup. 


List Partner Users

Allows administrators to configure and manage Partner access to SXP Partner.  User Management is desribed in detail in Managing Users.


System Fields

Used to define and manage SAP B1 system fields for Orders and Quotes submitted via SXP Partner.
