InterConnect provides two approaches to integrations: asynchronous Workflows and direct data access using a secure REST-API. This guide provides technical examples on how to best make use of each option for your custom integration.

Workflows provide an asynchronous way to add or update data with InterConnect. The architecture diagram below shows how the Workflow Service can be used with external applications to interact with SAP Business One.
