Workflow Summary
- This workflow scans Shopify at regularly scheduled intervals for canceled orders.
- This workflow will only integrate canceled orders not yet shipped in Shopify.
- The sales order in SAP Business One will be canceled.
Workflow Description
When an order gets canceled in Shopify, the workflow will cancel the order in SAP Business One (if it hasn't been delivered).
If the SAP Business One order is delivered/closed, the workflow will fail.
