New Features

Delivery Signature available on SXP Partner

Customers can now view delivery signatures captured via SXP Employee on the delivery note in SXP Partner. This enhancement improves transparency and verification of deliveries.

 

Login setup for SXP Partner

A new automated login setup process has been implemented for SXP Partner. The system now emails new users a temporary password that expires after 48 hours, allowing them to create a password upon their initial login.

 

Employee Password change for SXP Partner

A 'Change Password' function has been added for Sales Employees using SXP Partner. This feature is now available for Employees to utilize, providing a way to change passwords.

 

SSO with Office 365 for SXP Partner Sales Employees

 

SSO with Office 365 has been enabled for Sales Employees using SXP Partner. This integration streamlines the login process and enhances security for employee accounts.

 

Read Only attachments for SXP Employee

A global setting has been introduced to disable users from uploading attachments for SXP Partner.

 

Extensibility Calendar view for Grids

A calendar view has been added for grids allowing users to see items in a calendar format. Drag and Drop functionality to allow scheduling is available.

 

 

Improvements

  • The OrderPad search query now includes an override option. This allows users to switch from the default system query to a custom query, providing greater flexibility in search functionality.
  • SXP has been upgraded to the latest version of .Net. This update ensures continued support and improved performance for the platform.
  • Several stored procedures for dashboards and reports have been replaced with B1 Queries. This change affects various functions including order pad item search, dashboard elements for quotes, payments, deliveries, and credit memos, as well as recent sales orders reports.

  • Business Partner Card Code containing special characters doesn’t see widget data after logging into SXP.
  • Fix for errors encountered editing a customer on SXP Employee.

New Features

Read only attachments

A global setting has been introduced to disable users from uploading attachments for SXP Partner. 

 

Opportunity Quoting

A new functionality has been added to create quotes or sales orders directly from the opportunity screen for SXP Employee. When adding a quote from the opportunity, it will now automatically be tied to the opportunity without requiring manual updates afterwards.

 

 

Improvements

  • The requirement to set up Ship To and Bill To addresses before placing an order or quote has been removed. This change aligns the portal functionality with SAP B1, which does not require these addresses to be configured before creating an order or quote.
  • The Add Multiples function for Sales Users on SXP Employee has been enhanced to push pricing into the OrderPad. When adding quantities on the Add Multiples screen, the prices displayed there can now be used for those items in the quote or order, rather than defaulting to the list price.
  • A new feature has been added to display customizable messages when an order or quote is submitted in SXP Partner. Admin users can modify these messages as needed, providing more flexibility in communication with customers.
  • The static banner image on SXP Partner has been upgraded to a rotating image carousel. This creates a more dynamic and engaging visual experience for users.
  • An 'Add Opportunity' button has been added to the customer details screen in SXP Employee. This improvement makes it more intuitive for sales users to create new opportunities directly from the Business Partner screen.
  • Enhanced encryption has been added for configuration files.

New Features

Partner "Contact" Us Page

A configurable 'Contact Us' page has been added to the SXP Partner platform. This page allows HTML text and a background image to detail correct Partner contact details. It is accessible from the main login page and includes a return to login option.

 

Partner and Employee Template Administration

  • New admin screens have been implemented for modifying document templates. These screens allow users to make changes, test them, and easily save and publish updates.
  • Document Templates support distinct formats for each document type, allowing for greater customization and flexibility in document presentation.
  • Queries can be added to Document Templates. This feature allows for easier configuration of custom data onto templates.

 

Partner and Employee Usage Reports

Admin-level reports and dashboards have been introduced to provide detailed usage analytics. These reports include information on logins per user, daily/weekly/monthly volumes, distinct account logins for Partner and inactive logins.

 

Partner "Delivery Tracking"

A Delivery Tracking widget has been added to the SXP Partner dashboard. This grid widget displays tracking information for up to 30 deliveries within the last 30 days, with links to tracking websites. A comprehensive report showing all deliveries and tracking is also available.

 

Improvements

  • Auth0 has been added to SXP Partner as an SSO option.

  • Dashboard layout modification permissions have been updated. Now, only users with the dashboard admin role can modify the layout, ensuring better control over dashboard configurations.

Fixes

  • Speed optimization changes for loading on report data, processing large orders and refreshing settings
  • B1 tax determination fixes to apply correct tax codes per SAP B1 configuration when an Order or Quote is submitted
  • Correction for invalid discount being applied when editing to Quotes / Orders
  • Mobile optimizations for SXP Employee Business Partner screen in Sales App
  • Alignment corrections for PDFs generated for emailing

Improvements

  • Grid report users can now select multiple options for filtering on the grid header, similar to pivot reports. 

  • The speed of the order pad has been optimized, resulting in improved performance, especially when more items are added to an order.

  •  A new setting has been added to the SXP Partner which allows customers to hide zero-priced items from search results. When enabled, the item search will no longer display items that are not available to order, improving the user experience.

  • Thumbnails are automatically assigned to Items with matching Item Codes when uploaded in SXP Partner

  • Monitoring improvements
  • Improved connectivity for extensibility modules

Fixes

  • Timezone on server should not affect dates.  This bug has been fixed to ensure consistent date behavior across timezones.

New Features

Partner Custom Banner on Homepage

Custom banners to display special messages to users when they login are now available. The banners can be configured in the "Partner Portal Config" section of the admin app, where administrators can enable, set a display start date and end date, and customize the banner content with HTML.

 

Partner Thumbnails images on Quick add screen

Item thumbnail images will now be available on the Quick Add screen in SXP Partner. 

 

Dashboard links allow external sites

Dashboard admins can now add a grid of external links to their dashboard. The links have the ability to jump to websites outside the SXP Portal.

 

Upload logo and background

Admins can now upload their own logo and background image directly. This can be done in the "Labels, Templates and css" section of the Adminapp.

 

Offline and Upcoming maintenance website notifications

A banner will be displayed to notify users of upcoming maintenance. An offline page will be displayed during maintenance.

 

 

Improvements

  • The requirement for a SQL database for SXP portals and other products is removed.
