SXP Employee Administration - Getting Started

SXP Employee gives employees access to SAP Business One data through dashboards and reporting.

 

Optional advanced features, such as Sales User, simplify common tasks, allowing employees to focus on higher-value tasks.

 

SXP Manager Add-On can be used for SXP Employee administration tasks, including:

  • Users and Roles can be maintained in SAP Business One, allowing employees to easily access relevant information.

  • Menus and Reports can be configured, granting employees access to grid, pivot, and chart reporting.

  • Dashboards can be configured for SXP Employee users, granting access to easy-to-digest widgets.

 

Advanced features can be accessed with named-user licenses:

  • With a Sales User license, employees can access advanced Sales User features, such as placing customer orders, available to promise, and delivery signature capture. See the Sales User Administration Guide for more details.

  • With an Expense User license, employees can access advanced expense features, such as creating expense claims with automated GL determination, importing credit card details into expense claims, and performing admin tasks like managing bookings.
