Brutos User Set-Up Guide

This guide provides instructions on establishing a user profile and assigning necessary permissions/roles for Brutos. Brutos, an innovative end-to-end brewing management solution developed on the SAP platform, seamlessly integrates various functions such as production, brand management, inventory, and finance into a user-friendly cloud-based solution.

Setting Up a User Account

To set up a Brutos account, SAP users with Admin module access should initiate the SXP Manager Add-on.

Once the Add-On is initiated, navigate to the Employee record of the user who will be granted portal access and select the “SXP User Setup” button to access the user web setup screen.

Make sure each employee has a unique Email Address since it will be used as their default Username in Brutos.

Once the "Web User For Employee" window is open, set a temporary password for the portal user initial logins and assign relevant roles for accessing and performing tasks in Brutos.

1. Set the temporary password.
2. Ensure that the "Account Enabled" checkbox is selected within the "Roles" section.
3. Select the “Employee Portal” application.
4. Choose the 4 highlighted roles.

Next, choose the ZedSuite application and assign the "Dashboard" role to enable users to view different types of dashboards corresponding to their associated roles.

5. Once you finish the configurations, click on "Update" to apply the changes.

Upon finishing the user setup, individuals will be able to log into Brutos by accessing the URL. During their initial login, they will be prompted to enter the temporary password. Subsequently, they will encounter the password change screen, allowing them to establish their username, security questions, and answers.

Upon logging in, users will access the dashboard page, where they will encounter various dashboards and widgets tailored to the roles assigned to them.
