Overview


The Saltbox Copilot allows users to interact with SAP Business One through predefined agents, each designed for specific operational areas such as Sales, Purchasing, Projects, and more.


Users can also create new agents and define custom tasks using the SAP B1 Agent Setup window.


Within the Agent Setup window, you can:

  • Add a new agent with a unique name.

  • Define tasks the agent can perform.

  • Specify trigger keywords for each task.

  • Configure required parameters that the assistant will collect from the user.

 

Once set up, agents become available in the chat for direct use via the @AgentName mention system, making workflows faster and more consistent.
