Licensing and Registration Keys

Vision33 Shipping requires a registration key. The registration key may be entered in the Vision33 Addon Administration window.

 

A registration key must be obtained from your SAP Business One reseller. When submitting a request for a registration key, the Installation Number of the SAP Business One installation is required. This is typically found in the menu Help > About SAP.

 

The add-on may be run for a trial period of 60 days without a registration key, after which time the addon will no longer function.

 

Vision33 Add-On Administration

 

The Vision33 Add-on Administration window displays the following information for the selected Add-on:

  • Version: The current version of the Add-on.
  • Reg. Key: The registration key for the Add-on. For new installs, this will be blank and must be applied before the product is fully registered.
  • License Type: The License Type of the Add-on.
  • Add-on Settings: Global settings specific to the selected Add-on. These settings affect all users using the Add-on.

 

The Vision33 Add-on Administration window is used to perform the following actions:

  • Register Vision33 Shipping add-on.
  • Assign users to Vision33 Shipping add-on. 
  • Configure settings for Vision33 Shipping, such as:
  • Setup of shipping provider connection details.
  • Setup of global options.

 

Registering the Add-on

Registration must be completed by contacting Vision33 TOTAL Care Support. Send an email to Vision33 TOTAL Care Support (as per the Contact and Support section above) and be sure to include a screenshot of the machine details.

 

Machine details are found in the menu: Help > About SAP Business One.

 

Once a registration key has been provided, apply the key as described below.

  1. Open the Vision33 Add-on Administration window (Administration > Vision33 Add-on Configuration).
  2. Select the Vision33 Shipping add-on from the “Addon” drop-down list.
  3. Enter the registration key into the “Reg. Key” field.
  4. Press the “Update” button to load the key.

NOTE: If the registration key entered is not valid, a system message will be displayed. Contact your SAP Business One reseller for assistance.

 

Assigning Users to Vision33 Shipping

A user must be assigned to use Vision33 Shipping (and other Vision33 Add-ons) via the Vision33 Add-on User Assignment window.

 

To assign a user to use the Add-on:

  1. Select the Vision33 Shipping add-on from the Add-on drop-down list in the Vision33 Add-on Administration window.
  2. Load the Vision33 Add-on User Assignment window by pressing the “Add-on Users…” button

  

  1. Check the checkbox next to the user’s name in the list of users.
  2. Press “OK” to save then changes and close the window.
