Visualizations

Visualizations allow users to create visual representations of data sets.
The actionable grid setup page allows users to define multiple visualization tiles to be presented on the grid runtime.
Users can add, edit, and remove as many visualizations as they want.
Currently, users can't configure the location of the visualization; for now, they're auto-arranged on the layout.
Set up the visualization:
- On the setup section (as above), click +.
- Select the type of the tile and follow the configuration fields.
- Respond to slicers – Lets users filter the data presented in the tiles based on the slicers selected.
- On the grid columns section, users can define which fields appear in the slicers.
- Report on column and aggregation – Select the column to be aggregated and the type of aggregation.
- Show previous period – Shows trends or messages to compare the current period to previous periods.
- Previous periods can be month, quarter, or year.
- The data included in the tile can be filtered based on field values.
- For example: Below, we want to create a KPI to show only European sales.
