SXP Production App for SAP Business One Overview

Vision33's Saltbox Experience Platform (SXP) Production Scheduler is a graphical calendar-based user interface that allows drag-and-drop production order planning in SAP Business One.

It features capacity warnings and working-hours calendars for resources. You can link resource operations from SAP Business One production orders and manage the entire order simultaneously by moving the first operation, or you can manage them individually by moving operations down the chain.

Once planned and saved, the planning data is immediately written back into SAP Business One to update the production order's planned start and end dates and times. 

Our "Light Shop Floor Data Capture" screens allow the start and completion of operations that capture the start dates/times and completion dates/times of operations and writes them back into SAP Business One. Coupled with the production scheduler, this gives you better visibility into the actual vs. planned manufacturing timings and costs.

You can also issue and receive production order materials with an easy-to-use web screen that writes back to SAP Business One in real-time and supports the issue and receiving of batch- and serial-controlled items.
