SXP Production Functional Overview

Saltbox Experience Platform (SXP) Production enhances the core functionality of SAP Business One’s production module.

Its reach extends to four key production areas:

• Production planning

Offers a drag-and-drop visual planning tool that integrates seamlessly with production orders in SAP Business One and writes data back in real time.

• Shop floor data capture        

Gives production operatives their schedule of work, allows them to start and complete tasks on the production floor, and captures the actual start dates and times and completed dates and times for production tasks. This provides greater clarity on actual production times.

• Quality control

Defines quality control tests with minimum and maximum values and assigns them to a desired production task, then enforces production operatives to collect the data during the production process and write the collected data back to SAP Business One.

• Inventory transactions

Lets production operatives issue materials to the production orders and receive finished goods from productions in real-time, with batch and serial number support.
